Before you arrive
What event teams should know.
- With one of the largest attendee counts of any Vegas show, transportation is the number one challenge — pre-schedule everything.
- SEMA is industry-only and runs a packed evening event calendar, so customer hospitality competes with official programming.
- Restaurants near LVCC and along the Strip book out months in advance for SEMA week.
Venue & logistics
Working around LVCC.
One of the largest convention centers in North America, the LVCC is a multi-hall campus that anchors many of the biggest shows in the world — including CES, SEMA, RE+ and the International Builders' Show.
- The campus is spread out — confirm which hall your booth is in before booking hospitality nearby.
- Load-in and labor rules differ by show — your general contractor handles the booth; we handle everything around it.
- Evening customer events work best off-campus — plan group transportation in both directions.
Corporate dining
Where to take customers.
There's no major resort dining inside the campus — most customer dinners happen back on the Strip, 10–20 minutes away. We curate options around group size, atmosphere and use case — then source and book the right one for you.
Customer events & receptions
Beyond the show floor.
Receptions, happy hours and hosted experiences are where the real conversations happen during SEMA. We help source venues, coordinate logistics and support the event on the ground.
Vegas VIP
Experiences worth leaving the floor for.
Executive, customer and team experiences — culinary, golf, driving, rooftops and more. We recommend, source, arrange and coordinate; you take the credit.
Transportation
Keep your people moving.
The Vegas Loop moves attendees between halls and to nearby resorts — useful for multi-hall shows. We coordinate airport transfers, executive cars, sprinters, shuttles and group transportation around your schedule.
What else is happening
The rest of Vegas doesn't pause for your show.
Citywide events, overlapping conventions and demand surges can affect your dining, transportation and hotel plans during SEMA. Check what's else is happening while you're in town.
HIGH DEMAND
Private dining is filling quickly during AWS re:Invent week.
Customer dinners and executive private rooms along the Strip are booking earlier than usual. Tell us your date and headcount and we'll get the right room handled.

Major Strip activity may impact transportation schedules.
Overnight lane closures and event load-ins can add significant time to group movements. Build buffer into dinner and off-site transfers.
