- Late October overlaps with other major programs in the city, so group transportation and dining tighten quickly.
- Executive dinners work best within a short walk or a single transfer from the Expo — your attendees won't travel far mid-week.

Working around Venetian Expo.
The Venetian Expo is a large exhibition and meeting campus connected to The Venetian and Palazzo, anchoring shows like Money20/20, HLTH and Oracle AI World — with one of the strongest attached dining and hospitality lineups in the city.
- The campus is large — allow 10–15 minutes between meetings in different towers.
- Many side meetings happen in suites rather than on the show floor — confirm locations early.
- Attendee density spikes at meal times — reservations are essential, walk-ins are not a plan.
