- Many side meetings happen in hotel suites and private rooms, not on the show floor. Confirm locations early.
- Private dining on and near the center Strip books out weeks ahead for Money20/20 — lock customer dinners early.

Working around Venetian Expo.
The Venetian Expo is a large exhibition and meeting campus connected to The Venetian and Palazzo, anchoring shows like Money20/20, HLTH and Oracle AI World — with one of the strongest attached dining and hospitality lineups in the city.
- The campus is large — allow 10–15 minutes between meetings in different towers.
- Many side meetings happen in suites rather than on the show floor — confirm locations early.
- Attendee density spikes at meal times — reservations are essential, walk-ins are not a plan.

One of the strongest on-site dining lineups in Vegas — but private rooms book out months ahead for show weeks. We curate options around group size, atmosphere and use case — then source and book the right one for you.

Receptions, happy hours and hosted experiences are where the real conversations happen during Money20/20. We help source venues, coordinate logistics and support the event on the ground.

Transportation
Keep your people moving.
Valet and rideshare get congested at session breaks — staging group pickups on the Palazzo side is often faster. We coordinate airport transfers, executive cars, sprinters, shuttles and group transportation around your schedule.
