- LVCC campus logistics apply — confirm your hall and plan customer hospitality off-campus in the evenings.

Venue & logistics
Working around LVCC.
One of the largest convention centers in North America, the LVCC is a multi-hall campus that anchors many of the biggest shows in the world — including CES, SEMA, RE+ and the International Builders' Show.
- The campus is spread out — confirm which hall your booth is in before booking hospitality nearby.
- Load-in and labor rules differ by show — your general contractor handles the booth; we handle everything around it.
- Evening customer events work best off-campus — plan group transportation in both directions.

There's no major resort dining inside the campus — most customer dinners happen back on the Strip, 10–20 minutes away. We curate options around group size, atmosphere and use case — then source and book the right one for you.

Receptions, happy hours and hosted experiences are where the real conversations happen during IBS. We help source venues, coordinate logistics and support the event on the ground.
